Leading an android app project for an IoT company partnering with ISPs to delivery smart home security to more customers. Focusing on establishing code quality baselines, helping other developers with code reviews and ad-hoc technical issues. In this project, I'm the feature owner of the backend integration, so UI work goes to my other developers. Working closely with the client to define priorities, creating tasks from our interactions and handing those to the other developers.

Worked on Kroger's delivery team, creating an app that utilizes map APIs to show stores and delivery partners coverage. Helping the team break down big features into smaller tasks. Mentoring/teaching team's developers. Focusing on future-proofing our solutions with well-tested, reusable code with simple abstractions. Filled the Team Lead position for the backend portion of my full-stack team. Mentored and managed other developers to ship new features. Created tickets and helped product define priority. Iterated ways of working, definitions of done, etc.

Worked on a small team creating a custom application that was design to fulfill the state of Belo Horizonte's hospital management needs. Our team's system was a kind of ERP for hospitals, that had various flows specific to the state that hired us.

Created, from scratch, a new website for the company. The website was a landing page plus a blog and some customized pages. After that, I started creating a website template builder with an intuitive UI (similar to Webflow).

Worked in various projects for other companies (B2B). I created ALB to have a better front to receive clients. Eventually, I was working with three other developers and handling two to four projects at a time. I closed the company to focus more on coding and less in project management.

Acted as leader and project manager with two other interns in a full-stack mobile application. Focused on coding the backend for the project and helped with the mobile client.
